This week started out feeling quite productive, but seems to have slowed down as the week went on. I’m in an “ebb” I guess. Slack tide. I live near the ocean, what can I say?
Here’s what I achieved this week in my aim to do something extraordinary every day, thereby propelling my life forward. It’s not so much a feeling like I need to DO very much. One of my teachers states there’s an 80/20 rule to manifestation. 80 % of the time is mental, 20% is inspired action. Still, makes me wonder how we account for all that other busy- stuff we manage to fill our lives with.
- finished and published two articles on EzineArticles. Click here to read my author bio. The articles are Holiday Stress: 10 Conscious Ways to Manage and ‘Tis the Season to Forgive. Feel free to use these articles on your own websites/newsletters. Let me know if you’ve found a use for them. I’d love to hear from you.
- inched my way outside of my comfort zone by singing directly into another person’s eyes. Very intimate, very uncomfortable, yet if I am going to stand for what I believe in, that we are all one, what is the fear? I was uncomfortable and I stayed with it. The more I stayed with the discomfort, the more normal it became.
- started a new writing project that has been divinely inspired. This title came to me, seemingly out of the blue (always fascinates me how this happens) and I acted on it the same morning. I’m learning to honour those creative impulses that I have been blessed with. Life CAN be easy.
- Adopted an attitude of “What can I do today to create more money in my life?” This is very similar to asking “What can I do today that is extraordinary?” First off, asking. Then trusting that what I need will be provided. I don’t have to look for opportunities. Opportunities will look for me. I’ve already done the asking.
There’s been a fair bit of internal stuff going on, as usual, but nothing worth noting. As mentioned above, a bit of slack tide. The space between breathing in and breathing out. If I were to pick a “most extraordinary” of the week, it would be the new writing project. It’s flowing easily and quickly.
Not a huge a-ha type of week, but that’s how it goes sometimes. It’s just as important to be able to sit and be content in my life when very little is happening. Hope you all have a great weekend. Take care of yourselves, stay connected.
